+Dentulu is not only limited virtual or teledentistry we make local referrals as well. The first step is patient acquisition, second is steady communication between patient and provider and third is continuity of patient care.
Will this be a network, where people will be part of fundings?
+We have companies that are white labeling and licensing the platform. There are other affiliates as well. We don't see the patients personally, what we do is to refer them to the dentists that are present on the platform or we make a referral to a local dental office.
How will you monetize continuity of care?
+Using teledentistry, you will free up a lot of space in your clinic, a lot more people can come in while catering to the needs of those patients with follow-ups, you can instruct them to take pictures using mouthcam and send them to you.
For access to out of hours clinicians, are they from different time zones or at home?
+For out-of-hours clinicians, you will be matched to a local licensed dentist that will be able to address your needs. It depends whether they are available to take emergency cases, with the hopes of getting them on board of their care.
How do you store patient's healthcare information?
+We use HIPAA Compliant servers, and we do have companies that wanted to store their data inside their own servers as well, it depends on the client, we can just facilitate the access.
Can people without dentists, search up dentulu and connect with one?
+You will be matched to a local licensed dentist that will be able to address your needs. It depends whether they are available to take emergency cases, with the hopes of getting them on board of their care. Including out-of-hours clinicians.
Do you have abilities to send claims to a 3rd party as a practice management system?
+We have several companies that provide billing services, they can bill using the platform since it captures everything during the session.
How do you achieve what product goes on the website?
+We have partner companies that provide the products and the store is more focused on the provider side, wherein they can choose which product they want the patient to use. It is more on connecting patients to licensed providers.
What are the steps and or cost in partnering with an insurance company?
+Providers will not be paying anything if they want to partner with us, they can use the premium features at their own leisure. As long as they are verified and we do share revenues with the partnered offices as well.
Are you state specific or on which state allows teledentistry?
+Our goal as a company is to provide the software, and we will allow the individual clinicians how they want to practice as long as they abide within the laws of their state.
Is there a referral system on dentulu?
+Yes, you can invite dental offices to join and use the software. There is an affiliate program where if you promote it, there is a percentage of revenue going to an affiliate.
How to set up provider's schedule for any appointment time?
+On Non-emergency Virtual, you can edit the time there and set up the time you want to see patients. For example for Dr. Arash his schedule is from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 11 pm.
